Dulquer to play angry young man

Remember the boy who played the young Mohanlal in 'Spadikam'? Roopesh Peethambaran, the youngster, is now back on silver screen. Though not as an actor.
Roopesh, who is a corporate filmmaker, will now make his directorial debut in a yet-to-be-titled film in Mollywood. ���The movie is a hard-core thriller based on a socially relevant theme,��� says Roopesh. ���The subject is not new.However, the treatment will be different,��� he explains. The dark thriller will have star kid Dulquer Salmaan essaying the role of an angry young man. ���The movie is the outburst of a young man towards the legal system,��� shares the director. There are two plots ��� one set in the present and the other about five years back.
The story and script are by Roopesh. The cast includes, Vinay Forrt, Sreenivasan, Ria Saira among others. The hunt is still on for the lead actress. The shoot will begin on August 6.
