Dulquer Salmaan posted a birthday wish for actor

. The wish was full of his usual charm, giving us an insight into the personality of the senior actor.

Posting a greeting to his co-star on Instagram, the actor wrote, “Wishing Manoj ettan the happiest of birthdays!! One of the kindest, most patient and most positive people I’ve known. It’s my absolute privilege to act with you again. You are the life of our set and we all crowd around you to hear your stories and your incredible humour makes our day everyday!! Happy birthday etta. I know you don’t like to make a lot of noise about your birthday. But i couldn’t resist.”

It looked like the ‘birthday boy’ was touched and he replied in the comment, saying, “I don’t know how to explain how I feel at the moment, but I surely know, this is THE best gift I could’ve ever asked for, coming from you especially. Truly means a lot , thank you so much.” Several others, like Saiju Kurup and photographer Shani Shaki, too added messages about what a special person Manoj is.

Salute, directed by Rosshan Andrrews, has Dulquer and Manoj playing policemen. They have previously acted together in the 2017 film Solo. Salute marks the Malayalam debut of Diana Penty and also has Alencier and Binu Pappu among others.

Manoj K Jayan’s last couple of films were both Mammootty starrers, including Ganagandharvan and Pathinettam Padi.
