Post Dileep's arrest, a slew of shocking inside stories have surfaced, in all of which
Dileep is the villain. One of them is related to the film Ennu Ninte Moideen, which, the director says, was supposed to have Dileep and Kavya Madhavan in the lead roles.
He had called Kavya first, says R S Vimal, and she not only agreed to do the film, but managed to rope in Dileep as well.
However, after a while, Dileep backed out, claiming that he does not want to take the risk of working with newbie directors for a while, following a flop.
Vimal says that Dileep tricked both Kavya and him by telling Kavya that Vimal ousted him from the film.
Later on, after the film became a hit, Dileep did a volte-face by donating a huge amount of money to Moideen's foundation. Dileep wanted his name on the plaque and that was his way of taking revenge, Vimal alleges. At that point of time, Dileep had earned popularity for helping Kanchanamala in a situation when neither Vimal nor Prithviraj came forward to do it.
