Jithu Madhavan’s recently released action drama ‘Aavesham’ starring Fahadh Faasil has been receiving critical acclaim for its intricate character detailing and brilliant storytelling. However, there’s a subtle yet brilliant moment in the film that is worth noting, particularly for budding filmmakers.

One such instance of Jithu Madhavan's directorial brilliance can be observed in the starting sequence of the song ‘Armadham’. Fahadh Faasil’s character, Rangannan, is accompanied by two North Indian gang members who assist him through various obstacles. At one point, these two gang members decide it is no longer safe to stay with Rangannan and they flee. Interestingly, the film does not explicitly show the exact moment when they leave the gang.

However, if one closely watches the sequence of the song ‘Armadham’, these two gang members can be seen discreetly leaving Rangannan’s birthday party. They even flee past lead characters Aju, Bibi, and Shantham, indicating their decision to abandon Rangannan due to perceived threats to their lives. This subtle detail adds depth to the narrative and showcases Jithu Madhavan’s attention to detail in character development.

The film, which hit the screens on April 11, 2024, has been praised for its direction, performances, especially those of Fahadh Faasil and Sajin Gopu, action sequences, cinematography, music, and technical aspects.
