Dial 1091, a novel initiative by Kerala cops

Dial 1091, a full-length feature film dealing with cheating cases against children and women through mobile phones is being directed by Head Constable Santo Thattil for which Kodungalloor Circle Inspector M. Surendran has penned the script.
The director said “We have seen many cheating cases and despite taking up several awareness classes there has been no change in the scene. Atrocities against women and children are increasing day-by-day and so we decided to do a film.”
The film features three female artistes and also stars Lalu Alex, Rajeev Menon and Sivaji Guruvayoor.
