Darshana Rajendran recalls meeting ‘Hridayam’ team for the first time

Vineeth Sreenivasan’s film ‘Hridayam’ featuring Pranav Mohanlal, Kalyani Priyadarshan, and Darshana Rajendran in the lead roles has completed 101 days since its release on Monday (May 2). Actress Darshana Rajendran, who played the role of Darshana in the film, has shared a video, she took on the first day when she met the team of ‘Hridayam’. From Vineeth Sreenivasan reading her and her other co-stars the script, to them tuning in to the music, the first day of her meeting with the team of ‘Hridayam’ was quite eventful.
Darshana Rajendran shared the video on her social media handle and penned, “101 days of Hridayam got me thinking of the first day we met as a team. @vineeth84 read the script to us, we listened to the music of the film together and then @thethirdeyeofsanjaya and I did some theatre things with everyone. I knew then that I’m going to have great fun this one. Happy 101, you lovely people :) #hridayam.”

A musical ‘Hridayam’ hit the big screens on January 21. The film opened to a positive response, and won the hearts of both the cinephiles and critics. The film tracked the life of Arun Neelakandan (Pranav Mohanlal), a young man, who goes to Chennai to for studies, and the events that happens in his life.
‘Hridayam’ was a musical treat. The film had a total of 15 tracks and the team also launched audio cassettes and limited edition vinyl records to give a wholesome experience to the music lovers.

Meanwhile, Karan Johar’s production banner has recently bagged the rights of the film, and it will be soon getting a remake in Bollywood.
On the other hand, Darshana Rajendran will next seen in 'Dear Friend' alongside Tovino Thomas.
