Danish Sait lived with half-shaved hair and a beard for over two months for 'Malaikottai Vaaliban'

Popular comedian and actor Danish Sait, making his Malayalam film debut in the action drama 'Malaikottai Vaaliban,' went to extraordinary lengths for his role. Playing the antagonist, Danish Sait not only delivered an exceptional performance but also underwent a striking physical transformation, shaving half of his head and beard hair for a pivotal sequence in the film.

Taking to his official Facebook handle, Danish Sait shared an image showcasing his half-shaved look and revealed that he lived with this distinctive appearance for over two months. In his note, he expressed gratitude to his wife Anya for her unwavering support throughout this unique journey, stating, "The half-shaven days for Malaikottai Vaaliban. Anya’s very supportive. I spent 2 months like this."


Danish Sait's dedication to portraying the character Chamathakan, an antagonist in the film, extends beyond his physical transformation. He lent his voice to the character, adding another layer of authenticity to his portrayal.

Despite initial reviews, 'Malaikottai Vaaliban' is steadily finding its audience, with viewers appreciating the film's unique epic action drama style directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery.
