Daddy duties for Vinay Forrt!

Vinay Forrt is on a variety mode. The actor, who played an auto driver in the award-winning film 'Shutter', will now play the father of an eight-year-old child in Kiran Chand’s 'iPhone'. This is the directorial debut of Kiran, who has worked as an associate of several directors, including 'Sugeeth for Three Dots'.
The film will portray the lives of two eight-year-olds who grow up in entirely different circumstances.“One of them is the typical rich man’s son, brought up with purely materialistic ambitions, while the other is brought up in a family where the focus is on values and relationships. The film is about how children are affected by today’s culture,” says Kiran. Jishnu and Vinay Forrt play the respective fathers of the two children, who are also friends. As the title suggests, a phone plays an important part in the film — as the constant companion of one of the children who lives an isolated life. Nedumudi Venu will also be seen in a prominent role in the film.
