Countdown to Lucifer with poster release

The countdown for the much-anticipated Prithviraj directorial debut, ‘

Lucifer

’, has begun. While the official poster for the film was launched in January, the makers announced that they are set to release “26 character posters” over 26 days, starting from February 20. So far, the posters released have only featured Mohanlal, who plays the main role.

The film, with the tagline “Blood, brotherhood betrayal”, also stars Manju Warrier, Indrajith and Tovino and Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi. It has been scripted by writer-actor Murali Gopi and produced under the Aashirvad Cinemas label by Antony Perumbavoor of ‘Odiyan’ fame. It is a political thriller and is expected to release around July.
