'Convincing star' Suresh Krishna’s poster from ‘Rifle Club’ takes the internet by storm

Popular Malayalam actor Suresh Krishna is the latest talk on social media, thanks to numerous characters in which he appeared as a smooth-talker. The netizens are now affectionately calling him the ‘Convincing star’ and the makers of his upcoming film ‘Rifle Club’ launched his character poster. Suresh Krishna plays the role of Dr. Lazar in the upcoming Aashiq Abu directorial, and the poster has taken the internet by storm.

Suresh Krishna is a household name for the Malayali movie buff, as he has been working in the industry for over two decades, and has mostly essayed villain roles on screen, along with other character roles.

Meanwhile, Aashiq Abu’s directorial ‘Rifle Club’ is set to hit the big screens soon. The film features an ensemble cast of Dileesh Pothan, Anurag Kashyap, and Vani Viswanath. The upcoming Malayalam film also marks acclaimed Bollywood director and actor Anurag Kashyap's debut in Mollywood as an actor.

The star-studded cast also includes renowned names such as Vijayaraghavan, Rafi, Vineeth Kumar, Hanumankind, Senna Hegde, Vishnu Agastya, Darshana Rajendran, Unnimaya Prasad, Surabhi Lakshmi, Prasanth Murali, Natesh Hegde, Ponnamma Babu, Ramu, Vaisakh Shankar, Niyas Musaliyar, Ramzan Muhammed, Navani Devanand, Parimal Shais, Sajeev Kumar, Kiran Peethambaran, Unni Muttath, Bibin Perumbilli, Chilamban, and Indian.

Aashiq Abu himself is wielding the camera for 'Rifle Clun'. The screenplay and dialogues are written by the talented team of Dileesh Nair, Syam Pushkaran, Sharafu, and Suhas. 'Rifle Club' also marks the reunion of the Aashiq Abu-Syam Pushkaran-Dileesh Nair trio after their collaboration on 'Mayanadhi', which earned appreciation, from both audience and the critics.

V Sajan is the editor. The music for the film is done by Rex Vijayan. Ajayan Chalissery, who garnered praise for his work in 'Manjummal Boys', is the production designer. Mashar Hamsa is designing the costumes and the makeup is done by Ronex Xavier. The makers of the film will be announcing the release date soon.
