According to Theni Eswar, Mammootty's transition is so seamless that within a split second, the actor transforms from a casual conversation to embodying the depth and nuances of a character.

The cinematographer recalled an emotional scene from 'Peranbu,' where Mammootty's character engages in a conversation with a sex worker to secure a companion for his daughter. Theni Eswar emphasized that this particular scene, unprecedented in world cinema, left a profound impact, evoking goosebumps.
