‘Churuli’ trailer: A spectacular, intense, surrealistic and tough nut to crack fantasy movie is on its way!

After giving away the terrifyingly splendid movie ‘Jallikattu’, Lijo Jose Pellissery is all set to unveil his next movie titled ‘

Churuli

’. The filmmaker has unveiled the trailer just now and it begins with a caution message, advising that it is only for the adults. Starring Chemban Vinod Jose, Vinay Forrt and Joju George in the lead, the trailer suggests that the movie is a fantasy thriller set against the dense forest. The trailer begins with a voice-over of a woman telling a tale to her child about Perumadan.

“Perumadan misleads people,” says the woman. And a priest has decided to capture Perumadan. The trailer then shows Chemban Vinod and Vinay Forrt going in search of a person called Mayiladumparambil Joy to the thick forest but gets lost in the woods and stuck in the forest, having no track of time and days. Actor Jaffar Idukki also plays a pivotal role in the movie.

The trailer is a tough nut to crack, but it hints that the movie has surrealistic and fantasy element to it and more layers than one could see on screen. The trailer is spectacular with beautiful compositions and visionary frames and the exquisite visuals are captured by the talented cinematographer

Directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, the story of the movie is crafted by Vinoy Thomas. S Hareesh has crafted the adapted screenplay and Deepu Joseph has been roped in as the editor.

Sreerag Saji is in charge of the music department and Renganaath Ravee is managing the sound design. Gokul Das is the art director and Ronex Xavier is the makeup man. Lijo Jose Pellissery and Chemban Vinod Jose are backing the project, while Jesto Varghese, O Thomas Panicker and Naushad Salahudin are the co-producers.
