Chola to be screened at Geneva International Film festival

Sanal Kumar Sasidharan's chola will be screened at International feature film competition in the Geneva International Film Festival (GIFF) in Switzerland. His previous film, Sexy Durga, was also part of the fest in 2017. It had won the best film award as well. Actor Joju George and actress Nimisha Sajayan handle the key characters in the film. The movie speaks about the idea of power politics and feminine identity. Even though the film wasn't a political movie, it describes contemporary political views. Sanal Kumar Sasidharan is a proved director. Starting from 'Ozhivudivasathe Kali' the director has been paving a new light to the conventional way of filmmaking.
