Chemban Vinod responds to Rajinikanth movie rumours

For the past few days, rumours have been rife that State Award winner actor Chemban Vinod has been cast in the next Rajinikanth movie, 'Durbar'.'
When The Cue, a media portal contacted Chemban to confirm the news, the actor apparently had a funny response. Interestingly, even Chemban did not know the source of the information. "I had shared a fan-made poster of the movie recently on my social media page. I too have been waiting patiently for the movie. When I learnt it is a fan-made poster I had removed it from my page as well. That is the only connection I have with the project. But, I am ready if anyone wants to cast me and I will pray at St George Church that the rumour comes true (laughs)," Chemban said.
'Durbar' will have Rajinikanth playing a cop after a break of 25 years and the movie's first schedule shoot is on in Mumbai.
