Bollywood filmmaker Hansal Mehta lauds Mammootty’s ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’

Popular Bollywood filmmaker Hansal Mehta is all praise for Mammootty’s drama film ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’. The ‘Shahid’ director shared an appreciation note via his official Twitter handle saying that ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’ is truly a stunning movie and also hailed the performance of Mammootty who played the lead role.

Hansal Mehta took to his official Twitter handle and shared a poster of ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’. Sharing the poster, the ‘Aligarh’ director penned a note that read, “Stunning. Simply a stunning film. Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam. Directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery and featuring an absolutely brilliant Mammootty sir. This film and this performance are a tour de force by two great artistes.”

Earlier the director Karthik Subbaraj praised Mammootty’s ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’. The popular Tamil director’s Twitter note read, “#NanpakalNerathuMayakkam is So Beautiful and Refreshing. @mammukka sir was so awesome. Pls, don't miss Lijo's Magic in theatres.”

‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’, helmed by director Lijo Jose Pellissery, hit the big screens on December 12 and the movie got several positive reviews from the audience. The screenplay of the movie was penned by S Hareesh and the story was by Lijo Jose Pellissery.

Apart from Mammootty, Lijo Jose Pellissery’s ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’ also featured the actors Ashokan, Ramya Pandian, Vipin Atley, Ashwanth Ashokkumar, Rajesh Sharma, and T Suresh Babu in significant roles.
