Scheduled for release on February 16, the movie is set to captivate audiences across 125 screens in Kerala and an impressive 200 screens worldwide, as per the reports from Kerala Box Office Twitter forum.
The first-look poster of 'Thundu' shared by Biju Menon earlier showcased an intriguing scene with the actor alongside Shine Tom Chacko,
Unnimaya Prasad, Shaju Sreedhar, Noushad Ali, and Zhinz Shan, set against the backdrop of a police bus emitting smoke. Biju Menon, gripping a ballistic shield, makes a powerful entrance, setting the tone for the intense narrative that awaits the audience.
Directed by Riyas Shereef, 'Thundu' marks the directorial debut for the filmmaker. The screenplay, crafted by Riyas and Kannappan, promises to delve into the life of Constable Baby, portrayed by Biju Menon, as he grapples with the daunting prospect of taking an exam for a promotion in his service.
Faced with this challenge, Baby's colleagues suggest an unconventional solution – resorting to a cheat sheet to ensure his success.
Jimshi Khalid handles the cinematography, capturing the essence of the storyline, while Nabu Usman takes charge as the editor.
