'They play a couple in the film, which will be an entertainer,' says Rajeev.
On the significance of the title of the upcoming movie, the director says, 'It's a story that happens in the USA where it's common for parents to hire babysitters to care for their kids when they are busy. The story touches upon the deteriorating family values, which result from that culture.'
The director, whose previous film Rasam was shot in Doha and Dubai, says the Babysitter's principal location will be Washington D.C. 'The USA wasn't a random location; the story needed to be shot there. After recce we zeroed in on Washington D.C. to shoot the major portions. Filming will start by April end. We also have a five-day schedule in Kerala,' he informs. Incidentally, Mamta's latest flick Two Countries was shot extensively in Canada.
Babysitter, which is scripted by Ratheesh Sukumaran, also has Vinay Forrt and director Ranjith playing prominent roles.
