Big Update! Rosshan Andrrews to remake ‘Mumbai Police’
Here’s an interesting update for all the cinephiles from Kerala! Popular filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews has announced the remake of his film ‘Mumbai Police’. The film which was released in 2013 will be completing eight years of its release this month. And Rosshan Andrrews has made the exciting announcement on the special occasion. Although the filmmaker has confirmed a remake of the film, he didn’t disclose the language in which the film will be remade.

As Rosshan Andrrews has already made a Tamil remake of his own Malayalam directorial ‘How Old Are You?’, the upcoming remake is more likely to be in Tamil.
Meanwhile, ‘Mumbai Police’ is a psychological thriller. The film was scripted by the Bobby-Sanjay duo and it featured Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jayasurya, and Rahman in the lead roles. Antony Moses, the ACP of Ernakulam, partially losing his memory following an accident and then trying to unravel a case which he had already solved prior to the accident forms the crux of the film. Prithviraj Sukumaran played the lead - Antony Mosses and showcased exemplary acting chops in the film. Actors Kunjan, Aparna Nair, Deepa Vijayan, Shweta Menon, and Riyaz Khan appeared in some supporting roles in the film.
