‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’ OTT release: Akshay Radhakrishnan’s film to start streaming on THIS date

The Malayalam film ‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’, starring Akshay Radhakrishnan, is set to make its digital debut starting September 5.

The film’s lead actor Akshay Radhakrishnan took to Instagram to share the exciting news with his followers, expressing his heartfelt enthusiasm for the film’s OTT release. He wrote, “After all the unimaginable hardships the film had gone through, I am heartfully excited to see the OTT release of Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam on @amazonprime. People who missed it in theatres, here we are at your home.”


‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’ centers around the life of a renowned dramatist, Kunji Raman, from the village of Vannathikaavu, whose unexpected death sets off the film’s central conflict. Following his passing, his disciple, Bhagavan Dasan, faces the daunting task of reorganizing his theatre group and staging the play “Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam.” This task becomes even more challenging due to the opposition from Sumesh, Kunji Raman’s son, who views Bhagavan Dasan and his troupe as disruptive. Sumesh, known for his womanizing and casteist attitudes, adds a layer of tension to the narrative as Bhagavan Dasan strives to present the drama despite numerous obstacles.

The film features a talented cast including T G Ravi, Irshad Ali, Prasanth Murali, Niyas Backer, and Varun Dhara. With its rich storyline and compelling performances, Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam is expected to captivate audiences once it begins streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
