They first collaborated on 'Godha' which was directed by Basil Joseph, followed by 'Minnal Murali'. The duo share a great rapport, both on and off the screen.

On Wednesday, January 21, Basil Joseph dropped a series of photos on Instagram and extended birthday wishes to Tovino Thomas. “Happy birthday, buddy,” he wrote.

The ‘Minnal Murali’ director has shared a fascinating set of photos. The first image taken during the filming of their film ‘Maranamass’ features Tovino Thomas lying inside a coffin, and Basil Joseph standing next to him. Both are posing for a picture together. The next photo is of Tovino’s birthday celebration from the previous year.




Tovino Thomas was delighted by the warm yet witty birthday message. “Thank you so much da So many beautiful memories,” the birthday boy commented.

Tovino Thomas also has ‘Pallichattambi’ in the pipeline. The film is helmed by ‘Jana Gana Mana’ director Dijo Jose Antony. The film will hit the big screens on April 9.
