Basil Joseph - Jeethu Joseph’s ‘Nunakuzhi’ teaser to drop on THIS date

The highly anticipated teaser for the upcoming film ‘Nunakuzhi’, starring Basil Joseph and directed by Jeethu Joseph, is set to release on July 19 at 6 pm. This marks the first collaboration between the versatile actor Basil Joseph and the ‘Drishyam’ director Jeethu Joseph.

To build excitement, the makers have also unveiled a special poster featuring Basil Joseph in a striking avatar as a business tycoon. The poster, with the bold caption “Basically I’m a Rich Man. Show some Respect,” hints at Basil’s character being both fun and serious, promising an intriguing and multifaceted performance.

With ‘Nunakuzhi’, Jeethu Joseph is back to the comedy genre after a long gap. His last film under the genre was ‘Life of Josutty’.

Directed by Jeethu Joseph, ‘Nunakuzhi’ is described as a dark humor film. The screenplay is crafted by KR Krishna Kumar, who previously collaborated with Jeethu on ‘12th Man’ and ‘Kooman’.

The film boasts a magnificent supporting cast, including Swasika, Sidhique, Manoj K Jayan, Baiju Santhosh, Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, Binu Pappu, and Azees Nedumangad.

On the technical front, ‘Nunakuzhi’ reunites cinematographer Satheesh Kurup and editor VS Vinayak with Jeethu Joseph after their successful collaborations on ‘Kooman’ and ‘Neru’.

Meanwhile, Basil Joseph’s previous outing was with the comedy-drama movie ‘Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil’ that turned out to be a superhit.
