Babu Antony’s next is ‘Blood Warrior’

For a while, the fans of Babu Antony have been waiting for his Omar Lulu movie ‘Power Star’ to hit the screens. The film, which is an action entertainer, is said to have a Bollywood actor as its villain. The film, scripted by Dennis Joseph, also paves way for his comeback to films after a long time.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Babu Antony revealed that he is all set to be part of yet another movie as well. Apparently, the project is titled ‘

Blood Warrior

.’ Sharing a poster, which the actor says is a scratch poster of the movie, he captioned it thus on social media:

A new film is in the planning. Slot to shoot in early 2021 after "Power Star.". Once all is confirmed we shall let you know the details. Thank you all for your support and love. (It is only a scratch poster, not official)
It invited quite a lot of interesting comments on his page. While a few of the fans asked whether it is a Malayalam project, a few others wished him the best. A few also asked what the status of his film on Jesus Christ, which was announced a while ago, is at the moment.

Babu Antony was seen last in the 2018 Rosshan Andrrews – Nivin Pauly project Kayamkulam Kochunni, starring Nivin Pauly and Mohanlal. He also played a character in the Nivin Pauly-starrer movie Mikhael.
As for Power Star, Baburaj, Riyaz Khan, Abu Salim, and Bineesh Bastin are part of the cast apart from a few other names from Hollywood and Kannada cinema.
