Malayalam action hero,
Babu Antony who has recently made his re-entry in Bollywood along with
Akshay Kumar, fondly remembers late filmmaker Bharathan. As today marks the 21st death anniversary of veteran filmmaker Bharathan, actor Babu Antony reminisced the memories of his mentor. Actor Babu Antony made his debut in showbiz with Bharathan's 'Chilambu' playing the villain.
Walking down his memory lane, Babu Antony wrote, "21 years today, since the great painter, sculptor, musician, art director, editor and the great master of cinema has left the planet to join the stars. The actor in me was molded by him, though been also polished by various other filmmakers in many languages that I worked with. I owe my career to Bharathetten and I been doing my best to make him proud of. Every movie he did has Human touch in abundance. Every frame has a Bharathan touch in abundance...I am fortunate to do three entirely different films ie with him ie. Chilambu, Pranamam, and Vaisali. Every movie of him was different with a touch of him in different shades. God bless his soul and his blessings are always with me."
