Mohanlal officially released the trailer through his Facebook page. The trailer features Anita, played by Anusree, who is a rickshaw driver. The trailer travels through the journey of Anita. Difficulties and happiness of her journey are portrayed in the movie.

The film has been in the buzz ever since the poster of the film released. The team released the first look of the movie in a very different way. They went to the streets of Kerala and met a few autorickshaw drivers and handed them the official poster to showcase. As the film is about the common people of Kerala, the film received huge attention. Kerala is a place where the majority of the lower middle-class people rely on the profession of auto safari to earn their slices of bread. As the film portrays their lives, the acceptance for the film is imaginable.
'Autorsha' is an upcoming Malayalam movie directed by cinematographer-turned-director,
Sujith Vaassudev. The cinematography of the film is also handled by Mr Vaassudev. The screenplay is written by Jayaraj Mithra. The film is produced by Sujith Vasudev and Manju Pillai under the banner of Larva Club. Sharreth has done the music for the lyrics of Rajiv Nair, Vaisakh and BT Anilkumar.
