Askar Ali to star in ‘Njan kanda Superman’

Actor Askar Ali is all set for his next. The actor will be seen playing the lead role in the upcoming movie ‘Njan kanda Superman.’ The poster of the movie was unveiled by actor Asif Ali through his Facebook handle. Actor Asif also shared his happiness for the project. He wrote, "Happy to share something associated to we all have been a fan of. The superhero of all time...SUPERMAN! ‘Njan kanda Superman’ Askar Ali’s next, directed by Sooraj and written by Rahul Ramachandran. All the very best to the entire team." The poster reveals an illustration of a small child and a man in the costume of Superman.

Askar Ali is also the younger brother of actor Asif Ali. Askar Ali wrote that, "Because we all wanted to be a SUPERMAN!! To all the Supermen we all know... To all the Superman in ourselves... To all our childhood dreams.." Askar is better known for his recent movie, 'Kaamuki,' in which he played a visually challenged person. The film is directed by debutant Sooraj Sivaprasad. 'Jeem Boom Bhaa' director Rahul Ramachandran is scripting the movie. Rohit V. S has crafted the story for the movie. Binu Poulose Mampilly is bankrolling the project. Anoop V. Shylaja has cranked in as the cinematographer. Arun Muralidharan will be seen handling the music of the movie.
