Asif Ali’s ‘Tiki Taka’ goes on floors

After ‘Adventures of Omanakuttan’, and ‘Ibilis’, Asif Ali is reuniting with director Rohith VS for ‘Tiki Taka’. The film has gone on floors recently. The upcoming film is said to be an action film and is written by Yadhu Pushkaran, Niyog, and Firoz Najeeb. The upcoming film, which is said to be high on action, reportedly has approximately 12 fight sequences!

Asif Ali too had confirmed that the upcoming film is unlike anything he has done so far. The actor has also reportedly undergone a physical transformation for the role. He reportedly shed a few kilos for the role. The actor earlier revealed that ‘Tiki Taka’ is “a unique Sherlocks Holmes-kind of film."

Helmed by Rohith VS, ‘Tiki Taka’ also has actors Lukman Avaran, Wamiqa Gabbi, Naslen, Sanchana Natarajan, Harisree Asokan and Santhosh Prathap in prominent roles.


On the technical side, Sony Seban will crank the lens for the film and Chaman Chakko has roped in as the editor. Dawn Vincent is composing the music for the upcoming film.

Meanwhile, Asif Ali was last seen in ‘Otta’, helmed by Resul Pookutty. Released on October 27, ‘Otta’ also marked the debut directorial of the Academy Award winner. The film received mixed reviews from the audience.
