Asif Ali Fans Girls (DHAF) celebrated their favourite actor’s birthday by distributing masks across the streets of Fort Kochi. Mask had a writing of the name of the actor’s upcoming movie Kuttavum Shikshayum directed by
Rajeev Ravi.
Kuttavum Shikshayum features Asif Ali,
Sunny Wayne,
Alencier,
Sharafudheen and Senthil Rajamani and it is based on a jwellery heist case happened in Kudamkuzhi, Kasaragod. The film is co-written by Thondimuthalum Drikshakshiyum fame actor-police Sibi Thomas who is currently working as Inspector of police , vigilance and anti-corruption bureau, Kasaragod, along with Sreejith D.
About the movie, Sibi had earlier told us, "I was the investigative officer. While we weren't having any clue, through some leads, we found out that the culprits were North Indian natives. A team of five through an operation at UP caught them and cracked the case."
Asif Ali plays the investigative officer which was Sibi in real life. "We have fictionalised the incident. As a policeman, my main intention is to bring out the risks and adventures that cops take up to crack a case. I am extremely glad to see our efforts being visualised on screen. While watching the shoot, I felt contentment. The film is shot realistically without any superheroic elements," he said.
