Malayalam actress Aparna Vinod recently took to her social media to announce her separation from her husband, Rinil Raj, after two years of marriage. The couple, who tied the knot in 2023, decided to part ways due to emotional strain in their relationship. In a heartfelt message on social media shared with her followers, Aparna Vinod explained that after much contemplation, she made the difficult decision to end the marriage, acknowledging the emotional toll it had taken on her.

In her post, Aparna Vinod expressed that while it was a challenging choice, she believed it was essential for her personal growth and healing. Aparna Vinod, originally from Ernakulam, pursued her education in psychology, completing both her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in the field from the University of Calicut and Presidency College, Chennai. She ventured into acting in 2015 with the Malayalam film Njan Ninnodu Koodeyundu, directed by Priyanandanan, where she starred alongside Vinay Forrt and Siddharth Bharathan. Her breakthrough came with the movie Kohinoor, in which she played the lead female role opposite Asif Ali, further solidifying her place in the Malayalam film industry.
