Anumol pens a heartfelt note as she wraps up ‘Taya’ shoot

The shoot of Anumol’s upcoming Sanskrit film ‘Taya’ was wrapped up on Friday. Recently, the actress penned a note recalling her experience working with the team. Anumol also shared a couple of stills wherein she is seen decked in the garb of her character.

Sunny sir am sure we will work again, I never thought you will be this comfortable to work with.. and team Taya much love to you all…” Anumol said in her Instagram post.

‘Taya’ is helmed by Malayali filmmaker G Prabha, who has earlier delivered ‘Ishti’. The title ‘Taya’ translates to ‘By her’ and Anumol is playing the lead character. ‘Taya’ is reportedly set in the 19th century and it is based on Thathri Kutty’s Smarthavicharam. The film is expected to be focusing on the trial as well as the struggles of the women in the Bhraminical system.
Thespian Nedumudi Venu will be seen playing another pivotal character in the film. Actors Babu Namboothiri and Dinesh Panicker are also a part of the cast. The film is produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies. Sunny Joseph is handling the camera for and National award-winning editor B Lenin will be managing the edits.
