‘Kalki 2898 AD’ actress Anna Ben reveals Dulquer Salmaan’s cameo was her favorite in the movie

Mollywood actress Anna Ben is riding high on the success of her recent performance in the fantasy action film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. The actress, who is receiving much adulation for her role, recently revealed that her favorite cameo appearance in the movie was by none other than Dulquer Salmaan.

During the film's promotional events, Anna Ben shared her excitement about discovering Dulquer Salmaan’s cameo in the movie. She said, “I only realized that Dulquer Salmaan plays a cameo role in the film after a while, and I was thrilled. I wondered what character he would be playing, and when I saw Dulquer portraying that specific character, I was so excited.”

Anna Ben, known for her stellar performances in films like ‘Helen’, ‘Kappela’, and ‘Kumbalangi Nights’, plays the character of Kyra in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. Her portrayal has been well-received.

‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is a Telugu language sci-fi mythological movie directed by Nag Ashwin. It draws inspiration from Hindu scriptures and marks the first installment of the Kalki Cinematic Universe. Set in a post-apocalyptic world in the year 2898 AD, the film explores themes of mythology and futuristic science fiction.

The movie features an ensemble cast, including Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in lead roles. The film's music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, with cinematography by Serbian cinematographer Djordje Stojiljkovic and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.
