The latest addition to Mollywood, Ann Sheetal began her career in showbiz with the Malayalam movie ‘Ezra’.Ann essayed a supporting character named Rosy, in the Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer horror thriller.
The previous year she marked her debut as a lead actor in ‘Ishq’ where she portrayed Vasudha, a woman who was in love with Sachi. The movie spoke about moral policing and also the patriarchal society’s concept of measuring a woman’s identity and purity. The movie was highly discussed amongst movie lovers for its unique plot. Debutant Anuraj Manohar helmed the movie and popular actor Shane Nigam essayed the male lead.
Ann is now venturing into other South Indian languages. The actress has made her debut in Tamil with the movie ‘Kaalidas’. She was the leading lady opposite the South heartthrob Bharath. The beautiful actress is yet to announce her next.
