Alphonse Puthren's wedding anniversary pictures are captioned 'Happy Wedding Anniversary to us'

Though Alphonse Puthren is just two films old in Mollywood, he is one of the most promising directors that the industry has ever seen. The director who got married to Aleena Mary Anthony in 2015, celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary two days back. The pictures he posted are really adorable and the netizens are going gaga about it.

The filmmaker has captioned it as, ”5 years, Happy Wedding Anniversary to us." The adorable pictures also have their cute little babies Ethan who was born in 2016 and Aina born in 2018. Aleena is the daughter of popular film producer Alwyn Anthony.

Alphonse isn't very active on his social media page , though he does not forget to wish his followers popular festivals such as Onam and Vishu.

His directorial Premam which has been celebrated by youth even now had also completed five years in May. The campus movie had introduced many fresh faces to Indian film industry including Sai Pallavi who essayed the role of Malar Miss in the movie and Anupama Parameshwaran. Anupama had earlier told us that she owe her career to Alphonse. “ Premam is the reason why I am what I am now. If anyone knows Anupama, it is because of Mary. I don’t think any other character had the same impact. It is hard to believe that it has been five years as it was so eventful - the song coming out, the film releasing, the trolls that followed and signing three consecutive Telugu movies, and now here I am having acted in 13 films across all South Indian languages. This is a life that I never imagined though I always wished to act. Director Alphonse Puthren came to my life as an angel and transformed my families’ lives. That’s why we named our home – Premam,”she said.
