‘Ajayante Randam Moshanam’ makers set to expand universe with exciting spin-offs

Kudos to the director Jithin Lal for pulling off a magnificent period action drama movie in his directorial debut itself and now the makers are planning to expand the universe of this Tovino Thomas starrer with more spin-offs.

In an interview with The Cue Studio, the ‘ARM’ director revealed plans to expand the universe and make it into a franchise. To facilitate this, the director Jithin Lal, and the writer Sujith Nambiar have created a series of stories that can serve as spin-offs to the Tovino starrer. These films will be rooted in Kerala’s culture and has a relatable factor for the regional audiences.


The makers have developed the concept for almost 9 spin-off films that belong to the same universe of ‘Ajayante Randam Moshanam’. Even though these films come under the same genre, the talented debut director has no plans to repeat the same genre for the films, with a high possibility of the characters from ‘ARM’ appearing in those films.

‘Ajayante Randam Moshanam’ turned out to be the Onam winner this time, raking in magnificent numbers at the box office.

As per the recent official update shared by the makers, ‘ARM’ has proudly entered the Rs 100 crore club. For a movie that is made on a budget of around Rs 30 crores, these collections are surely impressive. With glowing reviews pouring in, ‘Ajayante Randam Moshanam’ is expected to mint more numbers in the coming days.
