’. The actress announced the happy news on Sunday through her social media handle. ‘Godse’ features Satyadev in the titular role and Aishwarya Lekshmi has roped in to play the female lead opposite him.

“Welcome on-board @aishu__. I'm sure this will be the start of a successful journey in Telugu film industry,” actor Satyadev said in his social media post, welcoming his soon-to-be co-star Aishwarya Lekshmi.

Gopi Ganesh Pattabhi is directing ‘Godse’, while CK Kalyan is producing the film under the banner CK Entertainments.

Aishwarya Lekshmi, who began her career in showbiz as a model ventured into the movie industry with the 2017 Malayalam film ‘Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela’. Her second film ‘Mayanadhi’ directed by Aashiq Abu made her a popular star in M-Town. Her association with Amal Neerad for ‘Varathan’ proved her finesse as an actor. Her last release in Mollywood was ‘Brother's Day’.
