Adil Ibrahim plays a family man in a romantic thriller

Popular TV host-actor Adil Ibrahim generally has a new-age cool youngster image.

Now, he is all set to play a role that might let the audience see his persona in a new light. In the upcoming film

Spring

, directed by newbie Sreelal, Adil plays a family man, who is also an entrepreneur.

explains, “Adil’s character in the film is named Solomon, and he has two looks in the movie. One is that of a youngster and the other is of an older person, in salt and pepper look. We believe the film has given him a lot of room to perform. Actres Aradhya Ann is his pair in the film.”

As for the story, the director says it shows what happens in the life of the protagonist over a period of 10 days. “An event in his life leads to a thrilling turning point, during this timeframe,” he hints. The movie was primarily shot in Pooppara in Munnar, apart from Angamaly, Edayar, Fort Kochi and Thodupuzha.
