Even though the versatile Mollywood actor TG Ravi has essayed several character roles, the actor has played lead characters in fewer films and this time he is all set to headline the upcoming movie ‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’. Recently the makers unveiled the title poster for the TG Ravi starrer that promises a drama movie with several interesting characters.

Mollywood’s young superstar Unni Mukundan holds a separate fan base among the Malayali audiences and the actor is slowly making his way into other film industries as he will be playing a pivotal role in the upcoming multilingual film ‘Yashoda’ starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead. The character Suryan in the film ‘Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty’ can be said as one of the cutest and most lovable characters played by Mollywood’s handsome hunk Unni Mukundan. Nithya Menon played the lead role in the movie as the character named Manjula Ayyappan who happens to be participating in a live TV show that showcases her day-to-day activities. The film was directed by the renowned filmmaker TK Rajeev Kumar and handled a unique premise that is similar to the Hollywood film ‘The Truman Show’. ‘Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty’ is literally one of the best early works of Unni Mukundan.

Vysakh’s action entertainer ‘Mallu Singh’ brought out the stardom factor in Unni Mukundan and the film turned out to be a humongous success at the box office. In the film, Unni Mukundan’s character Hari Narayanan decides to live a double life as another character named Mallu Singh, and the actor Kunchacko Boban’s character decides to reveal the truth behind his doubtful act. ‘Mallu Singh’ also featured the actors Biju Menon, Samvrutha Sunil, Meera Nandan, and Manoj K Jayan in significant roles.

‘Vikramadithyan’ is termed as one of the best works of the director Lal Jose and Unni Mukundan played one among the leading characters named Vikraman. Unni Mukundan got much appreciation from the audience for his role in the movie and the film earned it big at the box office. Recently in an interview with a media channel, the director Lal Jose said that he is in plans for a sequel to ‘Vikramadithyan’, and the details regarding the project are expected to be announced soon by the makers.

‘Meppadiyan’ showcased a very different style from Unni Mukundan and the actor essayed the character Jayakrishnan flawlessly and realistically. One can even see vintage Mohanlal’s mannerisms in Unni Mukundan’s character in ‘Meppadiyan’ and the actor also got much adulation for his role in the movie. The film was directed by the debutant Vishnu Mohan and the actress Anju Kurian played the female lead in the movie.

It's beyond doubt that the sports drama movie ‘KL 10 Patthu’ is one of the most underrated films of Unni Mukundan. Helmed by the director Muhsin Parari, ‘KL 10 Patthu’ revolved around several incidents such as a Panchayath Election, a local football tournament final, and the love story between the hero and heroine. Fueled with catchy songs and an engaging screenplay, ‘KL 10 Patthu’ also had some of the finest performances of the actors Sreenath Bhasi, Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, and Neeraj Madhav.

The title poster for ‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’ was unveiled through the official social media handles of the actors Dileep, Navya Nair, Roshan Mathew, Antony Varghese Pepe, and Unni Mukundan. ‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’s title poster introduces a set of characters in a comic style similar to an epic stage play.

Helmed by the director Rasheed Parambil, the script of ‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’ is penned down by the writer Febin Sidharth and the film is touted to be a political satire movie that explores a series of mishaps during a temple festival. TG Ravi starrer will be reportedly hitting the big screens at the end of the month of October.

Shihab Ongallur will crank the lens for ‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’ and the editing section will be handled by KR Midhun. Vishnu Sivasankar is roped in as the music composer for the film and the lyrics of the songs will be written by Gijoy George and Ganesh Malayath. Saji Kodanad is the art director, whereas Femina Jabbar will handle the costume department.

Apart from TG Ravi, ‘Bhagavan Dasante Ramarajyam’ will also feature the actors Akshay Radhakrishnan, Prashanth Murali, Irshad Ali, Manikandan Pattambi, and Nandana who will be seen playing significant roles in this political satire movie.
