Actor-comedian Ullas Pandalam ties the knot

Mollywood actor-comedian Ullas Pandalam has tied the knot with Divya, a lawyer and Vice President of Areekode Panchayat, Malappuram. The wedding took place on August 10, 2024, at the Saligram Umamaheswara Temple, with only close relatives in attendance.

This marks Ullas Pandalam’s second marriage. He has two children, Indujit and Suryajit, from his first marriage. The wedding ceremony was a low-key affair.

Ullas Pandalam, known for his memorable performances in comedy stage programs, began his film career with the Mammootty starrer ‘Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus’. The movie received good reviews from the audiences and turned out to be a decent hit.

Over the years, he has appeared in several notable films, including ‘Mannar Mathai Speaking 2’, ‘Ithu Thaanda Police’, ‘Kamuki’, ‘Kumbarees’, ‘Hasyam’, and ‘Karnan Napolean Bhagat Singh’.

His recent work includes a role in Swargathile Katturumbu, which featured Dhyan Sreenivasan in the lead role. The movie was directed by Jespal Shanmughan and the story revolved around an educated farmer named Jose. Ullas’ recent outing also includes the film ‘Kallanmaarude Veedu’ where he played a character named Vikrananthaswami’. Most of his recent outings didn’t get much recognition.

On the other hand, the upcoming films of Ullas Pandalam include ‘Savaari Giri Giri’, and ‘Ambalamukkile Visheshangal’.
