Action film director Diphan's next is a comedy

Action movie director Diphan has chosen to go with a breezy comedy for his next venture. Titled SIM, the movie will feature a relatively young star cast in the lead.
Ann Augustine and Deepak Parambol, who played a young communist in Thattathin Marayathu, will play the leads in the film that is scripted by Sathish and Suresh, of My Big Father fame.
On the movie SIM, Diphan says, 'It'll be a fun movie on how mobile phones influence the lives of today's youngsters.'
Importance is given to comedy compared to his previous films such as Puthiya Mukham and Hero, which centred on action.
