The Kung Fu Master
'. Touted to be an action-packed entertainer, 'The Kung Fu Master' is gearing up for the release. The team recently announced that the movie will hit the screens on January 24.
Starring Neeta Pillai, Jiji Scaria and Sanoop Dinesh in lead, the movie is set in the Himalayas. The trailer of the movie was dropped a few days ago and it promises a unique experience of high octane action that focuses on martial arts. The director was influenced by the action films of Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li, which motivated him to attempt 'The Kung Fu Master'. Neeta Pillai, who has essayed a pivotal character in 'Poomaram' is essaying one of the leads in the movie. She essays Ritu Ram, a Malayali girl settled in North India.
Directed by Abrid Shine, the movie is bankrolled by Fullon Studio Frames. Shine who marked his debut with a sports drama '1983' later made 'Action Hero Biju', a comedy-drama. However, this is the first time the filmmaker is attempting an action-packed entertainer.
Actors Anju Balachandran, Ramamoorthy, Rajan Varghese, Vinod Mathew, Hareesh Babu, Jayesh K, Rangith PB, and James J will be seen in supporting roles. Actor-director Major Ravi's son, Arjun will mark his debut as a cinematographer with 'The Kung Fu Master'.
