‘Aavesham’ box office collection day 28: Fahadh Faasil starrer to touch Rs 150 crore soon

Fahadh Faasil’s latest Malayalam release ‘Aavesham’ will be soon crossing the Rs 150 crore mark. ‘Aavesham’ directed by Jithu Madhavan is approaching its one-month mark since release, and reports suggests that the film is on the brink of crossing the Rs 150 crore mark within a matter of hours.

In its first 28 days of theatrical run, ‘Aavesham’ has collected an estimated Rs 82.62 crore in India net collections, according to a report by Sacnilk. The early estimates suggest that on its twenty-eighth day, May 8, the film earned Rs 90 lakh from India net.

On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, the film registered an overall Malayalam occupancy rate of 19.88%. It is also worth noting that the overseas collection of 'Aavesham' is also promising with the film collecting Rs 54.5 crore in 28 days. The global box office collection has reached Rs 149.6 crore, and it is only a matter of time that it enters the Rs 150 crore club.

Directed by Jithu Madhavan, ‘Aavesham’ has Fahadh Faasil, Sajin Gopu, Mansoor Ali Khan, Ashish Vidyarthi, Hipzster, Mithun Jai Sankar, Roshan Shanavas, and Midhutty in the lead roles.

ETimes rated the film 3.5 out of 5 and wrote, “Just when you think Fahadh Faasil—or FaFa—has aced some of the best characters he could possibly get in his career, he goes all out as Ranga in writer-director Jithu Madhavan's goofball gangster film Aavesham.
