Aashiq Abu’s much anticipated upcoming film ‘Riffle Club’ featuring Dileesh Pothan Vani Viswanath, and Anurag Kashyap in the lead roles, has finally gone on floors. The makers kickstarted the shoot on Wednesday, March 20 with a switch-on ceremony.
Win C, who is part of the cast, shared pictures of the switch-on ceremony on her social media handle and said, “Rifle club #shootstarted.” She also posted pictures with Vani Viswanath, Surabhi Lakshmi, and other cast and crew members.

Aashiq Abu, who is both directing and capturing the visuals, has brought together a formidable cast and crew for ‘Rifle Club’. The upcoming film is scripted by Syam Pushkar, Dileesh Pothan, and Sharaf-Suhas. The music for the film is done by the sensational Rex Vijayan. Ajayan Challissery, who has been part of several exceptional films including the recent blockbuster ‘Manjummel Boys’, will be handling the production design for the upcoming film.
Actors Dileesh Pothan, Vani Viswanath, and Anurag Kashyap, are playing the lead roles, while actors Win C, Hanumankind, The Baby Jean, Vishnu Agasthya, Surabhi Lakshmi, Ramzan Muhammed, Vijayaraghavan, and Unnimaya Prasad, have roped to play some pivotal roles in the film.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, Aashiq Abu’s recent outing was ‘Neelavelicham’, a remake of Malayalam’s first horror film ‘Bhargavi Nilayam’ released in 1964.
