‘Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life’ box office collection day 5: Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer sees a slight dip, collects a solid figure on first Monday

Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer ‘Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life’ hit the big screens on March 28. Directed by Blessy, the film is based on the best-selling novel Aadujeevitham by Benyamin.

The film saw a minor dip on its first Monday, April 1, which was also the fifth day of the film's release. On Monday, ‘Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life’ earned an estimated net collection of Rs 5.3 crore from India, according to a report by Sacnilk. With this, the film has raked in a staggering Rs 35.6 crore net collection in India within just five days of its release.

It is worth noting that, on its opening day, ‘Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life’ made a grand entrance at the box office, amassing a sensational Rs 15 crore worldwide. Since then, its momentum has only soared, with audiences flocking to theaters to experience the emotional rollercoaster depicted on screen. When compared to the first-day collection, Blessy’s film saw a drop of 39.08 percent, which isn’t disturbing, as it was a working day, followed by a festive weekend.

The film has also made a significant impact overseas, garnering an impressive Rs 30 crore. The worldwide box office collection has surpassed Rs 64 croee.


‘Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life’ follows the remarkable journey of Najeeb Muhammad, portrayed by the talented Prithviraj Sukumaran, a migrant worker from Kerala who finds himself stranded in the harsh deserts of Saudi Arabia. The film's gripping storyline, coupled with breathtaking visuals and immersive sound design, has left audiences spellbound.

The film also boasts an ensemble cast including Jimmy Jean-Louis, Amala Paul, KR Gokul, Talib Al Balushi, and Rik in pivotal roles.
