'Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life' box office collection day 14: Prithviraj Sukumaran's film experiences remarkable rise on second Wednesday

Prithviraj Sukumaran and Amala Paul star in 'Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life,' which has completed a successful thirteen days in theaters. The film opened with Rs 7.6 crore on the first day in India.

According to sacnilk, on the 14th day of its release, the movie collected Rs 3.90 crore in India, bringing the current box office number to Rs 66.15 crore.The occupancy rate for the film on the same day was 44.44 percent. This is a significant rise due to Eid day celebrations. The previous day it collected Rs 1.9 crore, which rose to Rs 3.90 crore on Eid holiday.

On March 28, the film had a theatrical release in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada, apart from the Malayalam version. However, it eventually started dropping in numbers in other languages and continued to experience footfall from the Malayalam audience.

Directed by Blessy, this movie is an adaptation of the Malayalam bestseller ‘Aadujeevitham’ by Benyamin. It tells the real-life story of a Keralite who endured slavery in the deserts of Saudi Arabia. The movie also stars KR Gokul, Jimmy Jean-Louis, and Shobha Mohan in key roles. AR Rahman is the music director of the film, while Resul Pookutty handles sound design.
