'Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life' box office collection day 12: Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer mints Rs 1.75 crore on its second Monday

Prithviraj Sukumaran and Amala Paul star in 'Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life,' which is making a profound impact, captivating audiences, and dominating the box office. The film opened with Rs 7.6 crore on the first day in India.

According to sacnilk, on the 12th day of its release, the movie collected Rs 1.75 crore in India, bringing the current box office number to Rs 60.30 crore. Initially released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada, apart from the Malayalam version, the movie is now only running the Malayalam and Tamil versions as the other languages eventually dropped in occupancy rate.

On April 8, the film had a 24.01 percent occupancy rate while Tamil showed 21.98 percent. Directed by Blessy, this movie is an adaptation of the Malayalam bestseller ‘Aadujeevitham’ by Benyamin. It tells the real-life story of a Keralite who endured slavery in the deserts of Saudi Arabia.


Prithviraj Sukumaran’s real-time transformation for this film was highly appreciated by critics and filmmakers across the world. The movie also stars KR Gokul, Jimmy Jean-Louis, and Shobha Mohan in key roles.
