A.R. Rahman to score background music for Fahadh Faasil’s ‘Malayankunju’?

‘Malayankunju’ is Fahadh Faasil’s upcoming movie which is directed by the debutant Sajimon Prabhakar and the script penned down by Mahesh Narayanan. Recently an exciting update was made about the movie that the veteran film composer A.R Rahman has been roped in to compose the background score of the film. Earlier the makers announced that the trailer for ‘Malayan Kunju’ will be released on December 24rth this year and this latest update on A.R.Rahman composing the background track has really hyped up the expectation level for the audience.

In an interview, the director Sajimon has already mentioned that ‘Malayankunju’ is not the character name of Fahadh Faasil and also the entire film is shot in Kerala itself.Fahadh had an accident during the shoot for the film ‘Malayankunju’ and from the location clicks, he is seen having undergone a massive body transformation as he looked slim in most of the pictures. The first look poster of ‘Malayankunju’ unveiled a gritty and different look of actor Fahadh Faasil and had surreal vibes to the poster. Mahesh Narayanan will be handling the cinematography and the writing department and Sushin Syam will be the music director of ‘Malayankunju’. With all these exciting updates on the film ‘Malayankunju’ the hype seems to be high and all hopes are on the versatile actor Fahad Faasil who never fails to impress the audience with his method acting style.
