#27YearsOfGandharvam: Sangeeth Sivan recalls the Mohanlal starrer

Sangeeth Sivan’s directorial ‘Gandharvam’ completed 27 years of its success on August 15. The movie had Mohanlal and Kanchan essaying the lead parts. Sangeeth Sivan has shared a lovely post recalling the movie. The filmmaker has expressed his gratitude for the team who made the movie happen and also sought reactions of his followers about what they liked in the movie.

'Gandharvam' was helmed by Sangeeth Sivan and the script of the movie was crafted by the popular scenarist Dennis Joseph. The romantic comedy was also spectacular as Santosh Sivan has wielded the camera. Award-winning editor A Sreekar Prasad managed the edits for the movie while popular music director SP Venkatesh handled the music.
Mohanlal romanced Kanchan in the movie and interesting it is the only Malayalam movie of the actress. Apart from Mohanlal and Kanchan, 'Gandharvam' also had some of the seasoned actors in including Devan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Kalpana, Shanthi Krishna, Kaviyoor Ponnamma and Tamil actor Vijayakumar.
