‘12th Man’ teaser: Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph to present an edge of the seat thriller

The much-awaited teaser of the ‘12th Man’ helmed by Jeethu Joseph, featuring Mohanlal in the lead is out. The teaser gives a glimpse of a celebration happening in the courtyard of an apartment complex. There are smiles everywhere during the party, however, filmmaker Jeethu Joseph also shows a glimpse of the same venue post the party, where the whole setup is drenched in rain, and apparently something unexpected took place.
Jeethu Joseph has followed his usual pattern of not revealing too much in the teaser, however, giving the right amount of hints, to hook the audience. “Everyone has three lives. A public life, a private life, and a secret life,” the teaser says. Mohanlal too appears in the teaser and delivers a dialogue - “Its time to blow the final whistle.”

The teaser has surely left the cinephiles wanting to know more. Since Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph have worked together for the fabled ‘Drishyam’ franchise, the audience are thrilled about what the duo has to offer.

Helmed by Jeethu Joseph, ‘12th Man’ will feature Mohanlal in the lead role, while actors Unni Mukundan, Saiju Kurup, Shivada, Anu Sithara, Anusree, Priyanka Nair, Anu Mohan, Rahul Madhav, Leona Lishoy, Chandunath, and Aditi Ravi, will seen in some pivotal roles. Speaking to Kochi Times earlier, Jeethu Joseph had shared that the film is a 24-hour story with suspense. Meanwhile, the post-production works of ‘12th Man’ have been wrapped up and the makers have signed a deal with a popular OTT platform. The Mohanlal starrer is heading for direct-to-digital release and the release date will be announced soon.
