raised a few eyebrows, as to what happened with the makers and the actor and whether there was a tussle between them as well, like a few of the others whose opportunity was wasted. The actor recently took to his social networking page to give his side of the story.

Kochi Times recently talked to the actor to know more about the same. When asked whether he was miffed or disappointed on his portions not making it through the final editing table, he says, “I am ok with this, because things like this happen in cinema and it’s not like I am emotionally taken aback or startled by what has happened. I only wish people got to see what I had shot. The makers have assured me that the my deleted scenes from the film would soon be released online.”

He adds that reason cited for not adding his portions in the end product was the fact that it did not fit into the narrative. “When compared to first director’s vision, post the changes my portions, which made up for a cameo was not fitting in, as I was told by the makers. And, contrary to the speculations, I was told about the same at least one month before the release of the film.”

Neeraj says his cameo only demanded three scenes in film, which never bothered him anymore. That said, he points out, “I am an actor, for whom more than the character’s screen timing, it is the impact of the role I am playing that matters to me."
