French Viplavam movie review highlights: The first half of the Sunny Wayne starrer transposes the audience to the 90s
Director KB Maju has managed to successfully transpose the viewers back to the 90s through his directorial debut French Viplavam.
The film is set in the backdrop of a village named Kochukadav. Maju through his film gets us introduced to the innocent folk of Kochukadavu.
Sathyan played by Sunny Wayne, is a chef and is the village romeo, who is head over heels in love with Meera, played by actress Arya.

Susheelan played by Lal , is arrack chief in the village, and the ban of arrack in his village in 1996 leaves the villagers and him bewildered.
As the first half ends, one has to wait to know how the people of the village will survive without the same.
Also, another question thrown at the audience is whether Sathyan's love story with Meera, will succeed.
