Paravoor passed away at a private hospital in Trivandrum on Tuesday. He was 48 years old. Saji is survived by his wife Sreedevi and son Ananthan.

Saji was noted for his film Janakan, which had Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi in the lead. The filmmaker was working with Rosshan Andrrews as the chief associate

director

of the film School Bus.

He was admitted to the hospital after his blood pressure had shot up.
